45-hour working week starting at 02:45 (2:45am), weekend on and weekend off

7-month maternity cover with potential to go permanent depending on the candidate

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Transport Clerk to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of all transport scheduled activities.

What does the role entail?

As part of your duties, while maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Prepare driver paperwork and conduct driver briefs and de-briefs
• Communicate with drivers regarding rotas, routes, and any issues arising during shifts
• Carry out transport admin duties such as filing
• Support the Transport team with other tasks as required

What do we need from you?

• Previous experience in a Transport Office is desirable
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent IT skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Microlise, or Tachomaster is advantageous
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
