Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2200 Rotating
Location: Daventry, NN6 7GW

We're now looking for a Night Shift Transport Clerk to support the safe, legal and efficient operations of transport.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Briefing and de-briefing drivers
• Supporting the safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's
• Ensuring drivers are legal and compliant at the shift starts and understanding tachographs are downloaded
• Preparation & reconciliation of delivery paperwork, POD's etc.
• Defect reporting and call outs, updating systems and essential data for KPI tracking by the business.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience in a transport operation would be advantageous
• Have excellent communication skills
• An ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
• Have knowledge of working time legislation and tacho law
