Transport Clerks Wanted In BURTON LATIMER!

Logistics People are looking for Transport Clerk based at our Eddied Stobart Burton Latimer depot.

Our customer is one of the biggest names within the HGV industry, with the latest vehicles on the market, which means you get the best HGV experience and a top range vehicle to work with.

Location: Burton Latimer, NN15 5YT

Working Hours:

• 4 On 4 Off 06:00 – 18:00 Shifts Available

Pay rate: £12.20 P/hr Equivalent to £24,500 P/a

Main Responsibilities & Objectives:

• Efficiently and accurately despatching drivers with all relevant paperwork
• Completing customer and Stobart KPIs where required
• Making sure the correct trailer numbers are inputted into the internal tracking system
• Monitoring the service board to ensure the correct week number is on the correct trailer for depot trailers
• Liaising with drivers on the gate communication system to inform them of site procedures before entering the site, when required
• Completing all daily tasks for compliance purposes
• Ensuring manning levels are updated & correct
• Downloading vehicle & driver digital tachographs as per requirements
• Transport System management
