Transport & Billings Administrator
£26,000p/a
Castle Donington

We are recruiting for an experienced admin to join the road logistics team for a global freight company, just on the outskirts of Castle Donington, on a temporary, ongoing basis.

You will be joining a friendly and diverse team on-site to oversee the transport and billing documentation, invoice processing and provide general admin support.

This role is 100% office based within the East Midlands gateway, working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:15 with some flexibility.

Day to day tasks include:

- Raising and processing invoices
- Query resolution
-Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with third parties to ensure documentation is processed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and statements
- General admin support to other departments when required

About you:

-Previous experience in transport administration (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
-Knowledge of logistics and driving regulations
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage own workload and plan your day

We will be looking to hold interviews for this role week commencing 27th January, with a view to start on the10th February
