Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
3. Manage relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure high service levels.
4. Analyze logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Transport & Logistics Manager or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
5. Relevant qualifications in logistics or supply chain management.
