About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Transport & Logistics Analyst. The purpose of this role is to provide accurate and efficient administrative support for the Warehouse & Transport department to ensure the safe and timely delivery of medication to Lloyds Clinical customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing administrative assistance to managers, teams and other departments e.g. capturing data and reporting weekly, forecasting
  2. Collating accurate data entry and record-keeping in databases and spreadsheets
  3. Arranging maintenance requirements for transport vehicles to ensure regulatory compliance
  4. Facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders, including drivers, customers, suppliers, and other internal departments
  5. Supporting Fleet KPIs and workload in absence of Admin colleagues e.g. Nurses cars, hire cars, fuel cards and issues, licence checks etc
  6. Own and control transport KPIs and supply daily, weekly and monthly updates to support decision making and growth of the company
  7. Own and schedule SOP updates (ensuring 0 are behind review dates), E-learning KPIs, and training matrix for all of Transport functions
  8. Support decision making of forecasting orders resource demands by site and sharing areas of concern to improve performance and service.
About You

  1. Previous experience in a administrative/coordinator, analytical role, particularly in a warehouse / transport environment
  2. Experience of reporting, forecasting and summarising data to the business using MS Excel and Power BI
  3. Able to use own initiative and be self-motivated
  4. Has a positive mindset and work ethic
  5. Good attention to detail
  6. Good communication skills, able to build rapport and work with others with ease
  7. Analytical and methodical in approach
  8. Excellent team worker and collaborates with others
  9. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  10. Ability to solve problems and prioritise
  11. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  12. Knowledge of transport regulations
