Role Type: Full-time – 12 month contract maternity cover

Hours: 40 hours

Role Accountabilities:

·To provide administrative support to the depot operations.

·To support the team & manager in achieving depot/company goals

·Office management– Ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

·Data Entry – entering & managing data in databases and spreadsheets

·Travel Arrangement includingBooking hotels, and other travel arrangements where required

·Maintaining accurate records, paper and digital as per process and filing documents

·Provide assistance to all sections of the business where required

·Take incoming calls and making outbound calls

·Participate in the out of hours ‘on call’ rota.

·Ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policy and behaviours.

·Demonstrate and provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers.

·To provide cover when the Worcester/Cricklade Transport Coordinator is on annual leave or not in the office

Person Specification

The Candidate:

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Strong attention to detail.

·Excellent team working skills.

·Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

·Can deal with change and a busy environment.

·Polite, friendly manner and good communication skills.

·Administrative experience is essential

·Confident with Microsoft including excel

·Experience within a similar sector would be desirable, however, is not essential.
