Traffic / Transport Administrator - (12 month fixed term)

The Traffic Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day organisation of operations in the depot through the allocation and basic routing of vehicles. You will ensure best-in-class service delivery to customers, maintain health & safety standards, and ensure environmental and O licence compliance.

Your Core Responsibilities

  1. Optimising routes and vehicle utilisation to deliver top-class service
  2. Managing driver availability and ensuring compliance with regulations
  3. Overseeing vehicle checks, safety, and maintenance
  4. Handling admin tasks like payroll, timesheets, tachograph records, and reporting
  5. Driving cost-efficiency by analysing depot data and improving operations

Our Essential Requirements
