Job Title: Warehouse Administrator (Palletforce)

Location: Stoke on Trent

Salary: Industry-leading salary

Hours: Monday to Friday (40hrs per week) 10am to 7pm (1hr unpaid lunch)

ØStrong knowledge of driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations.

ØStrong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

ØRecognised pass rate for GCSE in Maths and English

ØA team player who can also work independently when needed.

Key duties & Responsibilities:

As a Transport Administrator, you will be responsible for planning and allocating Pallet Network consignments and collections, ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance. You will support our drivers and warehouse teams with accurate documentation and serve as a key point of contact between depots and customers.

ØPlan and allocate consignments and collections for the local Palletforce fleet, optimising vehicle usage and route efficiency.

ØProduce vehicle and load manifests, ensuring all customer paperwork is accurately prepared and delivered to the warehouse and drivers.

ØLiaise with drivers to coordinate returns to the depot and ensure smooth handovers.

ØAct as the main point of contact for Pallet Network depots and drivers, handling calls and email queries with professionalism and efficiency.

ØProvide excellent customer service support to both internal teams and external depots.

ØAssist the Line Manager with fleet headcount management and provide additional resources when required.

ØReact promptly to any operational issues or emergencies that arise during the day.

ØSupport any additional tasks as required by the Line Manager or a Company Director.
