A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Deliver administrative support to the transport team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct thorough briefings and debriefings with drivers at the start and end of their shifts to ensure clarity and safety.
  • Efficiently process and manage all transport-related paperwork to maintain accurate records.
  • Accurately input data into systems to support operational efficiency and reporting.
  • Monitor and track deliveries using Microlise to ensure timely and efficient service.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Has previous experience in a transport environment
  • Has previous experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Available for immediate start desirable
