  • Manage all POD retrievals and requests.
  • Progress chase loads, contacting drivers/hauliers for updates.
  • Prepare and update unbilled weekly reports.
  • Build and maintain collection & delivery KPIs.
  • Liaise daily with customers and hauliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Update transport platforms and maintain accurate records.
