Job description

Top Jobs Group is looking to appoint a full-time Customer Service Advisor for an exciting Logistics Company based in Dartford Crossing.

Type: Temp to Perm

Pay: £17.56 per hour, with a salary of £26,442 when permanent

Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 1.30pm - 9.30pm; Saturday, 11am - 7pm

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls, providing the first line of customer care and support to delivery crews
• Making outbound calls to customers
• Maintaining accurate filing systems and reports
• Supporting and covering administrative tasks for other departments when required
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic office environment, ordering stationery as needed
• Performing other administrative duties as required
• Working effectively as part of a small, fast-paced team
• Utilizing strong ICT skills and communicating with diverse groups
• Experience in planning vehicle fleet work is advantageous but not essential
• Holding a valid driving license and having access to a car for work purposes
