We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Forklift Loader / Transport admin to oversee the safe and efficient loading of goods and manage our client's night transport operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring smooth logistics from dusk till dawn.

Key Responsibilities:

. Operate a forklift to load and unload goods safely and accurately
. Supervise and coordinate a team of night drivers and warehouse staff
. Ensure all transport and loading activities meet safety and compliance standards
. Monitor delivery schedules, resolve any delays or issues in real-time
. Conduct end-of-shift reports and handovers for day staff
. Maintain accurate records of stock, and transport documentation

Requirements:

. Valid forklift license (preferred, but not essential)
. Proven experience in a logistics, warehouse, or transport admin role
. Strong understanding of transport regulations and health & safety standards
. Excellent communication and team leadership skills
. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
