Transport Administrative Assistant.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Job rating which involves checking details against a tariff and mileage before entering the information into the traffic system
- Checking rate conformation from customers against the job rate in the traffic system and querying differences
- Assist traffic team with booking on boxes, trailer reconciliation and advising customers of late jobs
- Checking signed proof of deliveries and sending to customers, entering costs into the traffic system
- Checking and entering load references and other associated tasks into the traffic system
- Booking jobs/containers onto online platforms
We are looking for candidates to apply who have the following:
- Previous Transport experience – desirable not essential
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of excel
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work quickly and effectively within a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
