Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is launching a new Waitrose operation in Avonmouth and is seeking organised, enthusiastic Transport Administrators to join us from day one. The role supports the transport operation with admin tasks, ensures deliveries and collections are planned and recorded, and communicates with drivers and colleagues to keep the operation running smoothly.

You will work a 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00 shift pattern, any 5 out of 7 including weekends.

• Support transport operation with admin tasks, ensure deliveries and collections are planned and recorded.

• Produce reports, monitor transport performance and assist with transport queries and compliance docs.

Pay Rate: £30,000pa + shift premiums when working 14:00 - 22:00

Grade: P

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00. Any 5 out of 7. Will include weekend work!
