Job Title: Transport Administrator (Night Shifts - 6-Month Temp Contract)
Location: Evesham WR11
Start Date: 29th July (Training Provided)
Type: Temporary - 6 Months (Potential to go Permanent)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off - (either 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
Pay Rate: £14.95 per hour

We are looking for two proactive and personable Transport Administrators to join a busy logistics office on a 6-month temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are comfortable working independently during night shifts.

Experience is not essential - we're looking for people with great personalities, a strong work ethic, and the ability to think on their feet. This role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate, with a transition to day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise directly with drivers throughout your shift
Monitor and track vehicle movements
Update and manage information using CRM systems
General administrative duties to support logistics operations
Work independently for large portions of the shift (6-7 hours)
Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere - office banter welcome!

Computer literate with good working knowledge of CRM systems

Additional Information:

No formal interview - just a casual meet & greet with the team
Training begins 29th July
If taken on permanently, the role would move to day shifts
