Transport Administrator – Stoke-on-Trent

Location: Stoke
Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour
Shifts:
  • Initial Training: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:00
  • Ongoing: Wednesday to Saturday, 08:00 – 18:00
We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation based in Stoke.

Transport Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Transport team with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Coordinating driver paperwork and transport documentation
  • Updating internal systems with delivery and dispatch information
  • Communicating effectively with drivers and warehouse teams
  • Handling incoming calls and responding to transport-related queries
  • General administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking for from a Transport Administrator:

  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
  • Good communication and IT skills (especially MS Office)
  • Flexibility to work the required shift pattern after training
