One of our valued clients is seeking a Translational Science Director to support their work in Canary Wharf.

Client

The company is a small startup biotech focusing on ADC-based therapeutics. They have recently received £90 million in funding to advance their novel therapeutic into clinical development. Having moved to a new facility in Canary Wharf, they aim to continue growth and innovation in developing first-in-class ADC medicines while fostering a positive internal community.

Role

The position is for a Translational Research Lead to support the transition from preclinical to clinical phases. You will work cross-functionally to initiate processes for bringing their innovative drug to market. Additionally, you will design processes and implement strategies, reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer.

Requirements

• PhD
• Experience in translational biology
• Industry experience in oncology research
• Ideally at Principal Scientist level or above
