Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in computational biology, translational data science, bioinformatics, biostatistics or related field with 3+ years applied experience.
• Deep expertise in single-cell omics analysis and interpretation of scRNA-seq data.
• Strong experience in spatial omics/spatial transcriptomics.
• Experience with multimodal data integration across molecular and clinical datasets.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI-driven analyses to identify disease mechanisms, biomarkers and patient subgroups.
• Plan, perform, interpret and communicate analyses across multimodal datasets.
• Evaluate AI outputs for biological validity and translational relevance.
• Contribute to translational science through integration of scRNA-seq, spatial omics, immune repertoire and other data.
