Job Description:

Global Translation Services Executive

London - Hybrid

6 Month FTC

We are partnered with an innovative IT consultancy based in London with a global presence, leading in their industry by creating lasting value for their clients. Due to growth, they are looking for a highly skilled Global Translation Services (GTS) Executive to join on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The GTS department is client-facing and customer-focused, overseeing the end-to-end process for a wide range of language-related content requests.

In this role, you will receive translation orders and effectively schedule resources to meet deadlines. You will work with translators and manage third-party vendors for translation, copywriting, copyediting, and posting work. Ensuring vendor performance meets expectations and department processes are followed is key. Providing excellent customer service to global clients and building productive relationships through professional communication are essential.

To be successful as a Global Translation Services Executive, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within language-related operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach

  • Additional language skills would be highly advantageous
