Role Information:

FTE Salary: Up to £28,416.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: Up to £14,976.00
Contract Type: Part time, Permanent
Working Hours: 19.5 hours per week

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • To work collaboratively with the Specialist Provision Manager, Provision/Curriculum Leads to manage and co-ordinate transitions and placements for new and potential students and Bespoke Programmes to ensure engagement and progression.
  • To facilitate effective assessments, transitions and individualised programmes for potential learners. Reporting and sharing information accurately, following Local Authority processes, working collaboratively with the Provision Lead to respond to EOIs and consults within statutory timeframes.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships and communication with Chase staff & therapy team, with other schools, providers and supporting organisations (Social Services, parents, carers and other relevant providers and supporting organisations).

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or above, or equivalent
  • IT Literate (especially proficient in the use of Excel and Word)
  • Knowledge of Specialist Education and Alternative Provision
  • Knowledge of Local Authority consultation processes and procedures
