Chiltern Way Academy Wendover is seeking a Transition teacher for years 7 and 8 at our Wendover campus to inspire and support learners with ASC and SEMH. You will design and deliver engaging lessons, adapt the curriculum, and monitor progress to help students achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will join a specialist trust dedicated to personalised education, small class sizes, and a collaborative team focused on life skills, independence, and bright futures for young people aged 11-19.
