Pay rate £19.99 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting for a Transition Support Worker to work in a Staying Close Project in Tameside. Tameside Children’s Services seek to recruit committed Transition Support Workers as part of the Staying Close project, which supports children leaving care and previously living in children’s homes. The service offers practical, employment, emotional, and social assistance to help young people transition successfully into independent living, continuing support until age 21.

The aim is to equip young people with skills for a successful, positive life after moving into their own homes.
