Job Title –Transition Manager – Business Acquisitions
Job Location –Petworth: 3 Days Office/ 2 Days Home Working
Salary –£55k – £60k basic with a £90k OTE
Our client is a UK-wide M&A advisor house. They are moving to specialise in software business sales and fundraising. They are currently a team of 11 people and due to the existing growth and opportunities are looking to grow their transaction expertise and team.
The position is for a manager/director who will help develop and improve the following:
The current transactions team of 2 is expected to grow to 4 with a senior leader helping develop and grow the people and processes.
This position will involve raising finance, business sales, business acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, mergers, listings, and floatation’s.
You will also work very closely with partners and directors, giving you a great opportunity to gain exposure.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with a very keen interest in Corporate Finance.
