A prominent healthcare trust in the City Of London is seeking a Band 7 Nurse or Biomedical Scientist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves providing a high-quality Blood Transfusion service, training staff, and developing policies. An exciting opportunity for a 12 month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover) based at the Royal London Hospital, within the East and South East London (ESEL) Pathology Network. We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced Nurses, Biomedical Scientists Band 7 level, or a Band 6 already fulfilling a TP role or keen to move their career in that direction.
The NHS East and South East London Pathology Partnership is an arms‑length organisation providing pathology services to Barts Health NHS Trust, Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. The Pathology Partnership is hosted by Barts Health.
The 2024/25 total operating costs across the Partnership were approximately £121m per annum with a workforce establishment of around 860 WTE.
