Description: You will be joining Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), the Bank’s in-house management consulting global function across London, Frankfurt, and Mumbai. The team partners with senior executives to deliver impactful strategic and transformation projects, ranging from supporting the Bank’s transformation agenda to driving innovation and growth. Your key responsibilities

• Managing and supporting strategic projects to drive value and implement change initiatives
• Supporting senior management in strategy design, team management, and stakeholder coordination
• Leading and developing a high-performing project team and promoting best practices
• Developing frameworks for analysis and solutions to ensure positive, sustainable outcomes
• Preparing decision-making documents for senior executives and the management board

Your skills and experience

• Significant experience in Tier 1/ Tier 2 management consulting in financial services or within strategy and transformation teams of leading banks
• Knowledge of business functions (Investment/Corporate banking) or infrastructure functions (Operations, Transformation) is preferred
• Leadership experience in coaching and developing teams
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, build strategies, and drive change with senior leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
