Job summary

Suumayaagro is seeking a Transformation IT General Controls Senior Manager to lead ITGC transformation projects for clients, primarily in the FS sector, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong IT risk management.

You will work to optimize ITGC processes, support business continuity and security, and collaborate with auditors to strengthen governance and control testing across IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT audit, ITGC, or compliance.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC preferred.
• Understanding of insurance regulations (preferred) and IT risk management and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in control testing and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
