The Role

An opportunity has arisen for two Transformation Project Managers to join the Transformation Project team. The team manages a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects that support the strategic aims of the Council.

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidates will manage various change projects across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring comprehensive understanding of service requirements, and successful development, coordination, and delivery of projects. Responsibilities include planning and tracking project timelines, and working with service areas to foster an environment conducive to change, ensuring full value realization.

While project management experience is preferred, transferable skills, a positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong relationship-building and influencing skills are highly valued. A customer-centric approach and passion for organizational and personal development are desirable.
