About the role
This is a pivotal role at the heart of a major transformation programme, focused on reimagining how services are delivered and experienced. As Transformation Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of one of the projects that will streamline operations, modernise systems, and improve the day-to-day working lives of staff across the organisation.
You'll play a key role in turning ambitious ideas into actionable plans, working closely with the Transformation Programme Manager, senior leaders, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact. This role offers the opportunity to shape change across people, process, and technology, supporting a service-by-service redesign that puts user needs and operational efficiency at its core. If you're looking to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic, high-impact environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days on site.

About you
You are a proactive and driven project management professional with a strong track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organisations. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, you bring clarity and structure to fast-paced environments and thrive on translating strategic goals into practical, deliverable plans. You have a deep understanding of how people, process, and technology intersect, and you're passionate about improving services that enable colleagues to work more efficiently and effectively.
With a collaborative and confident approach, you excel at engaging a broad range of stakeholders - from senior leaders to frontline teams - building trust and alignment across functions. You're experienced in managing interdependencies, risks, and business readiness, and have worked closely with subject matter experts to co-design future-state services, roles, and operating models. Whether leading delivery, coordinating resources, or embedding continuous improvement, you bring precision, empathy, and a commitment to impact in everything you do.
