This is a pivotal role at the heart of a major transformation programme, focused on reimagining how services are delivered and experienced. As Transformation Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects that streamline operations, modernise systems, and improve staff working lives across the organisation.
You’ll turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans, working closely with the Transformation Programme Manager, senior leaders, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact. This role offers the opportunity to shape change across people, process, and technology, supporting service redesigns that prioritize user needs and operational efficiency. This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days on site.

About you
You are a proactive project management professional with a strong track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organisations. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, you bring clarity and structure to fast-paced environments and excel at translating strategic goals into practical, deliverable plans. You understand how people, process, and technology intersect, and you’re passionate about improving services to enable colleagues to work more efficiently and effectively.
With a collaborative and confident approach, you engage stakeholders at all levels — from senior leaders to frontline teams — building trust and alignment. You are experienced in managing interdependencies, risks, and business readiness, working closely with subject matter experts to co-design future services, roles, and operating models. Whether leading delivery, coordinating resources, or embedding continuous improvement, you bring precision, empathy, and a commitment to impact.
