Transformation Project Manager
We have an exciting opening for a Transformation Project Manager based in our Esher offices, on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis.
The Transformation Project Manager plays a critical role in driving and supporting organisational change in the delivery of a large-scale transformation programme, aimed at improving business scalability, efficiency, and agility.
The purpose of this role is to partner with stakeholders to scope, plan, design, test and implement transformation projects that align with the organisation's strategic goals. The Transformation Project Manager will provide expert guidance, analytical skills, leverage decision-making processes and ensure that transformation projects are effectively delivered and embedded within the organisation.
Required Skills and Expertise:
Required Experience:
• Proven experience in project management, business analysis or consulting roles.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively handling competing priorities.
• A track record of successfully leading and coordinating complex projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Experience analysing complex business problems to develop clear, concise and actionable solutions to support executive-level decision-making.
• Tools: Proficient in using MS applications.
Desired Criteria:
• Degree or equivalent in Business, Management or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in project or change management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
• Experience using project planning tools.
• Experience in the medical assistance, travel risk management or security services industry.

About the role
In this role, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead end-to-end, cross-functional transformation projects concurrently, to deliver measurable outcomes, aligned with business objectives and the broader transformation programme.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs), to drive projects through the best practice lifecycle, from initiation (defining scope, objectives, risks and financial implications) through to organisation-wide implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans including timelines, resources and milestones and provide regular status updates to the transformation programme manager and the executive team.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current state including existing processes, structures, systems and capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities for each project.
• Organise and facilitate workshops with cross-functional SMEs to gather input, define and document system and process changes and drive alignment.
• Apply analytical techniques to interpret data, identify issues and support informed decision-making.
• Develop and deliver clear, data-driven presentations that showcase analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
• Coordinate and oversee comprehensive testing of project solutions to ensure they are robust, fit for purpose, meet the original objectives, including standards for quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor and report on project progress, benefits realisation and risks, providing insights and recommendations to steer successful delivery.
• Ensure adherence to operational governance standards and decision-making frameworks.
• Be part of a collaborative, motivated and high-performing team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise, maintaining open, effective communication.
• Be an ambassador for transformation and foster a culture of positive change, supporting teams to build capability to sustain transformation outcomes.
• Lead change management activities to support stakeholder engagement, training, communication, sequencing and successful adoption of transformative ways of working, across the organisation.
