The Transformation Manager is a field‑based, customer‑facing role focused on driving digital transformation and operational excellence in operating rooms across the UK and European Union. You will be a critical driver of change management, leading the adoption of our Intelligence Suite to revolutionise how surgical departments optimise performance, maximise throughput, and improve patient flow.
Your core responsibility is to partner with clinical and operational leaders to transform their OR performance through data‑driven insights and workflow optimisation. You'll build trust‑based relationships while guiding customers through the change journey – from implementation and training through to embedding new ways of working that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and outcomes.
This role is ideal for healthcare operations professionals who thrive on driving transformation and are looking to transition into healthcare technology. Your deep understanding of surgical workflows, theatre management, and operational challenges will be invaluable in helping teams embrace change and realise the full potential of intelligent, connected operating rooms. Combined with technical aptitude, you'll bridge the gap between clinical operations and cutting‑edge technology.
