Leading and driving complex programmes of work that contribute to the overall success of the company's strategic transformation agenda.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering key outcomes through an agile and outcome-centric approach. Your role involves driving end-to-end thinking, accelerating change at pace, and championing a transformation mindset to ensure high-performing teams are created to deliver change efficiently.

Your accountability includes demonstrating thought leadership by driving clarity and simplicity, employing strategic programme management to ensure successful implementation of major change projects. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, connect various projects and parts of the business, and facilitate collaborative ways of working will be essential in driving the company's transformation journey.

You are an experienced professional with a growth mindset, excelling in strategic thinking and outcome-focused, hypothesis-led approaches. You have a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale cross-functional projects and programmes, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify strategic issues, and drive innovative solutions for sustainable business transformation. Your strong communication skills, curiosity, and drive enable you to foster a collaborative and agile environment, championing change at pace and building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Essential Criteria
  • Demonstrable experience in shaping and implementing major cost transformation projects/programmes at scale
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across multiple business areas and stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Ability to use data, insights, and external innovation to inform complex decision-making
  • Ability to understand and leverage cost data to identify opportunities
  • Capability to synthesize strategic issues and present structured recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats
  • Experience applying end-to-end strategic thinking that is outcome-focused and hypothesis-led
