Job Opportunity: Transformation Manager / Chief of Staff

I am looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to join my client's team as a Transformation Manager / Chief of Staff. This is a high-impact role supporting the Head of Enterprise Infrastructure and the leadership team in driving transformation, performance, and strategic alignment across the organisation.

Contract: inside IR35, 6–12 months (with potential to extend)

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide analysis, insight, and strategic advice to support decision-making.

- Coordinate and manage ad-hoc strategic initiatives across the leadership team.

- Develop business cases in collaboration with platform leads and architecture teams.

- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Prepare the Head of Enterprise Infrastructure for leadership meetings and represent them when needed.

- Support performance management across the organisation.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Experience in a strategy and/or transformation role within a technology organisation or department.

- Strong blend of technical knowledge and project management skills.

- Understanding of technology infrastructure and its relationship with applications and services.

- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.

- Commercial acumen and business awareness.

- Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

- Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value.
