Circa £75,000 dependent on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

Developing and implementing comprehensive IT transformation strategies aligned with the organisation's overall business objectivesnIdentifying and evaluating emerging technologies and trends to determine their potential impact on the organisationnLeading and managing IT transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsnFacilitating organisational change, this will include development and implementation of change management plans, alongside effective communicationnSelecting and implementing new technologies and solutions that support the organisation's business goals, this will include evaluating areas for improvement of current IT systems & infrastructurenUtilising data analytics to measure the impact of IT transformation initiatives and identify areas for optimisationnYour skills and experiences:

Essential:

Proven understanding of SIAM / ITSM and IT Service Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL), including principles, models and processesnA good understanding of IT Service Architecture Familiarity with governance structures, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies within a SIAM modelnKnowledge of methodologies to align performance with user experience goals and evolving business needsnUnderstanding of continuous improvement methodologies and how to foster innovation that delivers business outcomesnGood working knowledge of relevant project management methodologies and experience of working in demand management and project delivery environmentsnBenefits:
