About The Role

As our Transformation Manager, you’ll

play a leading role on Jaja’s Operations Transformation agenda—managing a portfolio of strategic change initiatives that will reshape how we serve customers and operate behind the scenes.

Reporting to the Head of Ops Transformation, you’ll drive high-impact projects across multiple operational areas, from digital customer journeys to back-office automation. You’ll also champion transformation best practices, ensuring change is delivered smoothly and successfully—while creating a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes—aligning change projects with Jaja’s strategic priorities.
  • Manage the Operations Transformation portfolio—ensuring effective prioritisation, resourcing, and progress tracking.
  • Build and embed transformation frameworks, methodologies, and governance across the business.
  • Drive organisational change—including readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, and training to support smooth adoption.
  • Deliver business-critical change programmes in collaboration with Technology, Product, Operations, HR and external partners.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor success, measure benefits realisation, and continuously improve.
  • Influence senior leaders and drive decision-making across multiple departments.

About You

  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or change programmes within financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of consumer lending, credit cards, banking, or fintech operations.
  • Track record of delivering complex change portfolios with measurable results.
  • Skilled in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, PRINCE2, MSP) and portfolio management frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable working at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in digital transformation and technology-enabled change.
