About The Role
As our Transformation Manager, you’ll
play a leading role on Jaja’s Operations Transformation agenda—managing a portfolio of strategic change initiatives that will reshape how we serve customers and operate behind the scenes.
Reporting to the Head of Ops Transformation, you’ll drive high-impact projects across multiple operational areas, from digital customer journeys to back-office automation. You’ll also champion transformation best practices, ensuring change is delivered smoothly and successfully—while creating a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
