Job summary

Matched in Reading, United Kingdom, seeks a Technology Delivery and Transformation Manager to lead technology-enabled business transformation projects and align them with growth goals. Qualifications

Experience leading multiple concurrent technology transformation projects.
Experience delivering changes involving enterprise systems, integrations, automation or data flows.
IT operational knowledge and hands-on IT/Tech background.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems (CRM, Telephony) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver internal technology-enabled transformation and business process change projects
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and keep priorities, scope, resources and delivery visible to stakeholders
Coordinate delivery and evolution of internal business systems such as CRM, finance, HR, telephony, reporting and other platforms
Ensure new systems and changes consider integration, data flow, security, resilience, supportability and ownership before implementation
Own delivery of cross-system integration and automation initiatives, managing dependencies between systems and teams
Oversee the implementation and improvement of APIs, integrations, workflow automation and data flows to support business transformation
Hold overall responsibility for internal IT function, ensuring infrastructure, end-user tech, support services and operations stay reliable and secure
