Achieving for Children in London is seeking a Transformation Lead to drive the development and delivery of a new sub-regional Foster service for South-West London. • Proven experience of managing and delivering complex projects or programmes.
• Experience developing programme plans and monitoring milestones, outcomes and budgets.
• Strong partnership skills across Children’s Services and external organisations.
• Ability to identify risks, issues, dependencies and barriers to delivery.
• Experience using data and performance information to monitor progress and demonstrate impact.
• Excellent communication and governance reporting skills.
• Commitment to improving services for children, young people and families.
