An established industry player is seeking a Transformation Lead to drive the implementation of a new operating model within their Business Teams. This pivotal role involves collaborating with leadership to define a transformation roadmap, managing change initiatives, and ensuring minimal disruption to business-as-usual operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing transformational change in complex environments, along with a solid understanding of change management principles. As a key member of our programme team, the Transformation Lead is responsible for managing the implementation of a new operating model for one of our key Business Teams functions.
You will work closely with our programme leadership team, workstream leads, third parties and senior management and leaders across our Business Teams functions.
