Job description

Transformation & FP&A Lead

Milton Keynes | Fully Onsite

£100,000 - £120,000 + Company Car, Bonus & Benefits

Global, Household-Name Brand

I'm recruiting for a newly created Transformation & FP&A Lead role within a rapidly evolving global business. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-known brand at a pivotal moment, as they heavily invest in reshaping how finance supports the wider organization, with FP&A at the core of this transformation.

The role:

You will work directly with the Finance Director to lead the development of a modern, forward-looking FP&A function. This involves more than just reporting—you'll help redesign the operating model, introduce new processes and tools, and shape how performance is tracked, challenged, and optimized across the group.

Focus areas include:

  1. End-to-end ownership of FP&A transformation
  2. Building new planning and forecasting cycles
  3. Driving consistency across regions and business units
  4. Partnering with senior stakeholders globally to embed better decision-making
  5. Owning long-range planning and commercial insights

The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A experience in a complex, fast-paced environment and a proven track record of building or transforming finance functions. You should be confident influencing senior leadership, excited by change, and comfortable engaging with both strategic and detailed aspects of the role.
