63,250 per annum - 35 hours per week

Our Care & Supported Housing (C&SH) Directorate supports over 800 people across 90 services, including individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and those experiencing homelessness. With around 1,000 dedicated staff, we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
Your Role
As Transformation & Compliance Strategic Lead, you will report directly to the Director of Care & Supported Housing and lead two key functions:
You will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our services and properties.
