Overall Purpose of Job:
MUFG in EMEA have an ambitious change programme to bring about transformative positive change to the company in region across four strategic pillars – Generate Profitable Growth, Enhance Efficiency, Strength Culture and Strengthen Governance.
The Transformation Communications Manager reports to the Head of Internal Communications and is responsible for translating programme and workstream content into a compelling narrative with key messages and content delivered through appropriate channels, promoting positive engagement, advocacy and adoption within MUFG in EMEA.
This role works within the Corporate Communications team and partners closely with the Change Management team. The Corporate Communications team is responsible for a range of key activities across EMEA, including executive leadership communications, employee-wide internal communications, brand and reputation management, media relations, website and digital channels and oversight of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) agenda. We work closely with Change Management to connect the organisation and drive employee pride and understanding on various transformation and culture initiatives.

This is a hands on role and will appeal to a seasoned communications professional who enjoys setting others up for success, is comfortable engaging with both senior and junior stakeholders and enjoys developing strategy and taking it through to activation.
