As our Transformation Communications Manager, you will bring that vision to life for our 5,000+ colleagues through compelling communications and content that inspire change, build understanding and help create a truly resident-focused culture.
As Transformation Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in embedding our Residents First vision and supporting organisational change across the council.

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 2 years
Working Pattern: Hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week based in Southwark and attendance across the borough as required
Location: Tooley Street and other Southwark locations
Evening/Weekend Working: Occasional evening or weekend work may be required, with Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) provided
