Team and Role: Change Consulting Services focuses on delivering market-leading business change, communications, and engagement solutions. As part of our UKI Talent and Organisation/Human Potential practice, we combine consulting with program leadership, change management, and leadership expertise to help clients enhance colleague experience and business transformation through digital enablement.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver enterprise transformational change projects supported by technologies such as SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, Salesforce, including defining Change Management solutions.
  • Manage key aspects of the project lifecycle, including Business Transformation vision, Leadership Engagement, Change Planning, Culture and Behaviour change, Communications, Storytelling, Data Science, and Change Measurement, along with supporting operating models and technology enablers.
  • Support the growth of the Change consulting practice through innovation, capability development, thought leadership, and market presence.
  • Create market-relevant Change Management points of view, blogs, and offerings to enhance Accenture's market position.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality results for clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise transformational change programs, ideally supported by SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, and Salesforce technologies.
  • Experience in Change Management planning, impact assessments, and intervention plans.
  • Ability to create transformation visions, align leadership, and craft compelling storytelling.
  • Experience in Learning Needs Analysis, strategy, and content development.
  • Understanding of end-to-end technology implementation lifecycle.
  • Passion for innovation, technology trends, and leveraging data to support organizational and employee objectives.
  • Strong consulting skills, including communication, facilitation, and data analysis, to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholder expectations internally and externally.
