As part of this strategic initiative, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Transformation Business Partner to help shape and implement the future delivery model across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with global, regional, and local teams to design and implement a new Accounting & Tax delivery model.
• Lead and support process design, standardisation, and implementation across jurisdictions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, ensuring alignment during transformation efforts.
• Collaborate with leadership and transformation teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of key transformation milestones.
