Job summary

Silver Birch Rec Ltd T/A Etech Partners in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Oracle Fusion Architect to lead business transformation programmes, shaping architecture across Oracle Fusion ERP, HR, Finance, Tax, and related platforms.

Hybrid working offered; you will work within a complex global environment, engaging senior stakeholders and driving end-to-end solution architectures for large-scale programmes.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, Oracle Integration Cloud, and wider HR and Finance ecosystems in large global enterprises.
• Ability to design target architectures, transition states, and end-to-end solution architectures for large programmes.
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• TOGAF or an equivalent architecture framework.
• Oracle ERP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation and Oracle Fusion ERP programmes.
• Shape architecture, business processes, and operating models across major global change initiatives.
• Own and deliver the target architecture for strategic programmes covering Oracle Fusion, Finance, Tax, HR, Marketing, and related platforms.
• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in how Oracle Fusion can optimise, streamline, and accelerate core business processes.
• Design target architectures, transition states, and end-to-end solution architectures for large programmes.

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:
