A financial services company in Newcastle requires an experienced Platform/Pension Transfers Manager to lead and optimise transfer operations. Responsibilities include overseeing the pension transfer process, managing a team, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pension transfer operations, proven people management skills, and knowledge of Origo systems. Onsite work is required twice per week.

The Role
As the Transfers Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end pension transfer process, ensuring all activities are accurate, compliant, and efficient. You'll manage a dedicated team responsible for transfer operations, provide leadership and guidance, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.
This role suits someone with strong technical knowledge of pensions and platforms, and a proven ability to manage teams, implement process enhancements, and ensure exceptional service delivery to customers and stakeholders.
