Lincolnshire Police is inviting Constable transferees to join our team across Boston, Spalding, Skegness, and nearby towns. We welcome part-time or flexible working where business needs allow, with intakes planned through 2026 and into 2027.

A Transferring Officer Relocation Expenses Package offers up to £8,000 to eligible applicants to support relocation. Requirements include current service as a Police Officer in a Home Office Force, completed probation, and maintenance of mandatory training

Responsibilities

• Must be currently serving as a Police Officer in a Home Office Force.
• Probation completed and confirmed in the rank of constable at time of application.
• Mandatory training (Fitness test, Personal Safety Training, first aid, driving qualifications) current and evidenced.
