Police Constable Transferee - HC612987

Location: County wide

Rank: Substantive Constable (probationary period must be completed to transfer)

Salary:

As a serving Police Officer, you will transfer on your existing pay point, which will be between £29,907 - £48,231 per annum.

The South East Allowance payment of £2,000 per annum will also apply.

Intake Dates: July and October 2025

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must be a current police officer from a Home Office Force with no performance or conduct issues
  • Must have completed the two-year probationary period and the Policing Diploma or equivalent at application
  • Hold appropriate qualifications for your rank

Successful applicants will need to:

  • Satisfy all eligibility criteria and pass pre-employment checks, including medical, vetting, and fitness tests
  • Attend a 1-week transferee course

Once accepted, we will contact your current force for information regarding pension, salary, service, training, and unpaid leave.
