We are seeking Substantive Detective Constables to transfer to Warwickshire Police!

We are looking for Detective Constables with SCAIDP or SSAIDP training/accreditation (or equivalent) and who have successfully completed their probationary period prior to applying.

Application Criteria

• Substantive in the rank of Constable
• Able to pass and maintain the Fitness Test, Vetting and Medical requirements
• Be a current serving police officer in a Home Office force
• Have no outstanding discipline or integrity issues
• Must have successfully completed your probationary period with your Force prior to submitting your application

Additional bonuses - if you join CATE or DART you will receive an additional payment (Targeted Variable Payment - TVP for 2026/27 will depend on essential posts following the Protective Services Review).

Many detective roles are designated posts and successful applicants will be required to undertake management vetting.
